Listen
Free in-home consultation
Curtis comes to your kitchen. He looks at the space, asks how you actually use it, and listens before he sketches anything. No upsells, no canned pitch. You'll get an honest read on what's possible and a rough investment range — usually within a week.
02
Design
Selections + scope locked
We translate the conversation into drawings, finish selections, and a written proposal with a fixed price. You'll see cabinet samples, stone slabs, and tile in your hands — not on a screen. Most homeowners spend 3–4 weeks here. We don't rush it.
03
Build
Curtis on every job site
We protect the rest of your home, demo cleanly, and follow a written schedule we share with you. Curtis is on site every day. You'll get an end-of-week update with photos, what's coming next, and any decisions we need from you. No surprises, no change-order ambushes.
04
Care
2-year workmanship warranty
Final walkthrough, punch list closed, and a binder with care notes for every material and fixture. We back the workmanship for two years. Most Cleveland competitors stop at one. If something needs attention, you call Curtis directly.
Honest Pricing
What does a Cleveland kitchen really cost?
Most remodelers won't tell you. We will. We publish real ranges by kitchen size and finish level so you can decide if we're the right fit before you call.
Most Townsell kitchens land between Mid and Upper.

Service Area
We work the East Side.
Townsell focuses on East Side Cleveland suburbs. We know these housing stocks — the 1920s Tudors, the mid-century ranches, the 1990s colonials — and we design for them, not against them.
FAQ
Common questions.
Straight answers about cost, timeline, and how Townsell works — no marketing speak.
Most Townsell projects run 3–6 weeks from demo to final walk-through. A cabinet refresh is typically 2–3 weeks. A full layout reimagine with new plumbing and electrical runs 5–7 weeks. We give you a firm timeline before we start — and we keep it.
In zip code 44143 and the surrounding East Side suburbs, a cosmetic refresh typically runs $25,000–$48,000. A full cabinet and countertop replacement lands between $52,000–$95,000. A layout reimagine with structural changes starts around $95,000 and goes up from there. We publish real ranges on our Pricing page — no guessing required.
Yes. Curtis Walton owns this company and is on every job site, every day. He does the design, manages the subcontractors, and handles the install. You're not passed off to a crew you've never met — the person who quotes you is the person who builds it.
A Refresh keeps your existing layout and cabinet boxes — we replace doors, hardware, countertops, and surfaces. A Replace swaps out everything above the floor while the footprint stays put. A Reimagine moves walls, plumbing, or electrical — a full transformation. All three options are on our Pricing page with real cost ranges.
Yes. We pull all required permits in Richmond Heights and across the East Side suburbs we serve. Permit fees are included in your project quote — no surprise charges after signing.
Partially. During demo and rough-in you'll be without a functioning kitchen for roughly 1–2 weeks depending on scope. We coordinate with you upfront on timing so you can plan around it — and we keep that window as short as possible.
Yes. We work with Dollar Bank's Home Improvement Loan Program. Our rep Darlene Adams can get you pre-qualified quickly — no home equity required for smaller projects. Visit our Financing page or call Darlene directly at 216-288-3826.
Typically 4–8 weeks from signed contract to start date. Spring and early fall book up fastest. If your timeline is under 60 days, mention it when you schedule a call — we'll let you know what's realistic and sometimes a slot opens up sooner than expected.
