Curtis Walton started Townsell because too many homeowners told him the same story: the contractor they hired sent a salesperson once, then disappeared into a chain of project managers, sub-coordinators, and missed phone calls.
Townsell is built differently. Curtis personally meets with every homeowner. He runs every estimate, designs every project, and is on every job site. There is no sales team. There is no project manager he hands you off to. When you call, you get him.
It means we take fewer jobs at a time. It also means a 2-year workmanship warranty that actually matters — because the person who built it is the person who shows up if something needs attention.

We publish ranges so you know the math before we meet. The proposal is fixed. Change orders happen only when you change your mind, never because we miscalculated.
