Send us a kitchen. Keep $500.

Agents, designers, contractors and trades across the East Side already hand their clients to someone when a kitchen comes up. This is what happens when that someone is us: a flat $500 on every full kitchen remodel that completes, with no cap on how many you send and nothing to do after the introduction.

The reward

$500

A flat fee — not a percentage, not a sliding scale, and not a credit toward future work. It is paid per completed project on full kitchen remodels where both the cabinetry and the countertops are purchased through Townsell.

What earns the $500

  • A full kitchen remodel, start to finish
  • Cabinetry purchased through Townsell
  • Countertops purchased through Townsell
  • Project completed and paid in full

What doesn't

  • Cabinetry-only or countertop-only jobs
  • A remodel where the homeowner supplies their own cabinets or stone
  • Bathrooms, additions and other rooms on their own
  • Estimates, consultations and quotes that never become a project

Both conditions have to be met. A kitchen where the homeowner brings their own cabinets, or buys stone elsewhere, is still work we are glad to have — it just isn't what this particular reward covers. Send it anyway and we will tell you straight away where it stands.

How it works

Three steps, and two of them are ours.

01

Send us the introduction

Text, email or call Curtis with the homeowner's name and number — or pass along ours. One sentence is enough. Tell us it came from you so it gets attached to your name before the first conversation.

02

We take it from there

Curtis meets the homeowner, measures, and prices the work himself. You are not expected to sell anything, sit in on the design meeting, or chase the job. We will tell you where it stands without you having to ask.

03

You get paid when it is finished

If it becomes a full kitchen remodel with cabinetry and countertops through us, you are paid a flat $500 once the kitchen is complete and the homeowner has made final payment.

Your name is on this too.

A referral is a loan of your reputation, and you only get it back if the work is good. Townsell is owner-operated — Curtis Walton runs every project himself, from the first measurement to the last piece of trim, and your client deals with him rather than a rotating crew or a call centre. Kitchens carry a 2-year workmanship warranty.

If you want to see the standard before you put your name to it, the portfolio and the reviews are the honest version. Or call Curtis and ask him anything at (216) 800-5146.

Apply

Tell us who you are.

Takes about a minute. There is no application fee, no exclusivity, and no minimum — send one kitchen a year or one a week.

A rough guess is fine — nothing here is a commitment

No cost to join, no quota, and nothing owed if a referral doesn't work out. Curtis responds personally — usually the same day.

The $500 is paid per completed full kitchen remodel that includes cabinetry and countertops purchased through Townsell Design & Remodel, after the project is finished and the homeowner's final payment has cleared. A referral is credited to whoever introduced the homeowner first. Rewards are paid to you as an individual or to your company, whichever you prefer, and may be reportable income. If you hold a real estate licence, check with your broker before accepting a referral fee — some brokerages require it to be paid through them.
