Return and Cancellation Policy

Perhaps you purchased the wrong size cabinet, which doesn't fit, or you want a different cabinet in a different location and wish to return something you've ordered. All returns begin with an email to support@townsellremodel.com or a call to +1 678-929-4203 to one of our customer support representatives. This is especially necessary to ensure that the item being returned is shipped to the appropriate location. Returned items must be returned in the original packaging.

All returned, unopened, and undamaged items are subject to a 30% restocking charge by our distribution center. The cost of shipping and all associated transportation arrangements is the responsibility of the consumer. To process a return, you will need to provide the order number, the receipt number, pictures and documentation, and the approval reference from our customer service representative.
